Thanks for allowing me to rester for the site. I tried to donate 50 EUR via PayPal, but it was refused by the PayPal site as "Sorry but we cannot accept any donation". What can I do to access the site?

Thanks for allowing me to register for the site but I now find there is. €50 pa fee for access to the database. I am retired and only need access to check a few facts, it will just take a few hours. Is there some way I can get time restricted access, say for a month, at a much reduced cost.
